Yes. Option #1 is to remove the mudflap from the front fender for clearance when it closes or option #2 simply cut off 3-4 inches of the step tub. You're not going to step up by the fender flare anyway.
I guess several of us did not like the half black/silver look to the bumper. I used the Rustoleum black mentioned above but also gave three coats of Rustoleum clear coat to protect the black. Smooth as a newborns bottom!
