We just got done test fitting our new Bronco Raptor Rear shock skid protection kit. its made from 3/16 steel and bolts on with no welding, cutting, or drilling. Turned out pretty well I think considering it was a bit tricky to figure out a solution that would work with the floating lower mount...

yes 3/16 steel and comes powder coated black and with longer rear cover bolts to replace the stock ones.

bump out to protect the front diff. it was too close with out the bump out and didnt want to lower the rest of the skid kit to get it low enough to have some room there. Plus the bump out adds some strength in that area.

The sleeve adds strength where the stock inner tie rods bend for sure. is that as strong as a full billet kit, no.
