I'd say took a few rock hits on highway. Same thing happened to the old Marchal lights on my Mustang GT back in the day. Not gonna be a warranty item unfortunately.

I have the original (larger size) SITH Shackles from AR as well as a BYOD rail. They take a long time to get but the quality is top notch. Message eightlug over on 6g Curtis usually responds pretty quick there.

I didn't do it for cell phone but used AR BYOD rail and tackform picatinny to mount my Valentine 1. I have tackform on my motorcycle as well.
