Are the stock MIC plastic wheel flares painted?

Someone scratched both passenger side wheel flairs on our 24 bronco raptor.
The body shop said they replaced them and that the replacement ones from ford don’t come painted. The paint job is close but not exactly the the color and flake that the stock driver side has.
I was always under the impression that the unpainted, molded-in-color (MIC) black plastic flares would come from Ford without needing any top paint.

I am worried the body shop just sanded the scratches out and sprayed color on top to save costs.
I used a decent shop but you never know.

Looking for information here before I go back to the shop.

I am pretty sure they are painted, before repainting then I would go at them with compound/polish and way. you may need to GENTLY use 0000 steel wool. You may get all of that out.

Sounds like a great excuse to paint them to match the Shelter Green body!
