After waiting 2.4 years my dealership hosed me when my Raptor finally showed up. They reneged on our former agreed purchase price by 15K and after filing a formal complaint with pages of facts and email's text's etc. Ford has never called me back after over a year. They said it would take up to two months, and when I call them now, they say there's nothing they can do about it!!
If anyone has a name and number that I can call it would be highly appreciated!!

Performance center will be useless - you need ford corporate - my dealer did same thing.
