Ford Performance Air/Oil Separator Hood Interference Issue

As of January 31, 2025, this Ford Performance Bronco Raptor Air/Oil Separator SKU: M6766BW30 has been temporarily placed on hold and removed from the Ford Performance web site. There is a Hood interference issue that is being investigated by Ford Performance engineering. If you have this kit, I advise not to install until Ford Performance has a solution. If you have this kit installed, look for the wear where the Passenger side canister contacts the hood and on the canister top itself, if present then please notify your installing dealer.

yup. Went and checked, and there is a little ding in the hood where the canister is hitting. So yes, I do have this issue.

I've reached out to ford but zero response, I actually purchased mine CJ Pony Jan,7 25. Anyways any news and does anyone have a good point of contact with ford? Actually just dropped it off at local dealer to asses it and I guess since I installed it there will be no warranty even though it is a defective part. Not going to be happy if thats the case.

7.10.25 Since this post ford will be replacing with new canister and bracket when they are available and also has CJ Pony reimburse me in full. So pretty good on ford performance.
