Difficult to tell degree of damage in the photo, appears minor, if it's not thru the clear coat then this compound works wonders with hand application (no machine buffer).

If the paint can be cleaned up then contact a "paintless dent repair" person in your area to have the dent removed.

Hmm, I thought they were aluminum, same as regular Bronco doors and tailgate. Bronco Raptor fenders and hood are composite.

Maybe it’s composite covered aluminum… but definitely something plastic on the outside

Given the width of the vehicle and living in NYC, I'm always paranoid about door dings. I try to line up the fenders with any opposing threats. Good luck on repair, I know that mark eats at you.

I had to replace the front driver's door on mine. Was given the option of buying the exterior door panel or buying the whole door. We figured out it was cheaper/easier to buy the whole door and transfer the parts vs. re-skinning it with the new exterior door panel.

In case you can't find one that's already color matched to your truck, here are the part numbers.

Door Outer Panel- Left, Front, Outer - M2DZ7820201A - $579.17 msrp
Front Door - M2DZ7820125A - $878.63 msrp
