OK, so I installed the ProCal tune on my Braptor and all was well. Then last weekend I'm running around Raptor Rally in Havasu and start showing my old man the tune module hooked into the OBD II and what it can and can't do. After screwing around for 10 min the check engine light comes on and I've got a 4x4 fault.

Everything worked except for trail one touch and trail cruise control. So I dealt with it for the weekend.

I get home and reflash to stock, same issue. I reflash the tune, same issue. Do a little research and I learned that if you tinker with the wheel and gear size sub menu on the ProCal module and do not let it complete its cycle, you will get the P160 code.

The fix was a 2 min fix. Motor off and ProCal plugged into OBD II, turn power on without starting motor. After the ProCal device settles, go into the wheel size and gear sub menu and let it do its thing. Once its done you will no longer have the code. Hope this helps folks!!
