I’m no expert on any of this, but….
You could have the dealer do it, I’ve read that they typically charge an hour of labor (it takes less than 10 minutes with Forscan if it goes smoothly).
Forscan is the other option if you’re comfortable downloading the software, navigating to the VDM...
It’s really hard to find definitive info on the topic. This AI summary response is probably the most useful info I’ve gotten…..
Ride height is critical on a Ford Raptor with Live Valve shocks because the system relies on sensors to know the exact position of the suspension to function...
I think I remember your install, you had E rated tires, correct? I’ve got Ds, but running 38x13.5x 17 at 36 psi on road.
You still might want to check your ride height and run the calibration, if you or your shop didn’t. A super simple procedure (if you’ve got Forscan) and it rides...
A while back I installed Hypercoil 1”/2” springs, Foutz top hats and 38s. The ride was noticeably stiffer, but I marked it down to new springs, sturdier sidewalls etc. I got used to it. Then I drive a friends stock Raptor and I realized the difference. It couldn’t be right.
My truck...
My AI overlord has been following my interest in this thread and dumped this useful article into my Google news feed…..

Hmmm. I’ve only done this once on DgChurch Raptor and it followed the video almost perfectly.
So, I just went and looked at the ABS as built on my Raptor, and it closely follows the video. I’m guessing that I don’t have the “B” in the first character in the first block, since I don’t have...
I’m running Hyperco 2/1. Sits level to slight squat unloaded. It squats loaded. I imagine 2/2 will be slight rake unloaded. I run Falken RT01 D rated 38x13.5s at 85 lbs (ugh).
You’re going to lose the plush ride and shock response of the stock Raptor by going to 2/2 or 2/1 lift and D Rated...
@Dgchurch swung by yesterday to see if we could enable the ACC to come to a full stop and resume driving when appropriate in Forscan. The default ACC setting taps out when going below 9 mph.
The linked video I found pretty thoroughly covers what to change step by step. The process is...
Sadly I don’t see anything obvious in the IPC module.
There is a Turbo Boost / DGI in block 720-07-01 xxxx-x*xx-xx—, but my truck is already set to Turbo Boost “Yes” with hex = “E” so that is unlikely to help.
There is another Boost Vacuum Range block at 720-11-01 xxxx-xx*x-xx—, my truck is...
I just pulled my truck out of the garage and decided to see what my Boost Guage would display…. Guess what?
Apparently one of my changes enabled the Boost actual reading. All I did was pull this up as the second optional gauge.
I don’t know. I’m learning as I go.
I’ll dig around tonight, if you can send a picture of the gauge you want the digital displayed on your cluster, I’ll see what I can figure out. I want to be sure I’m solving the right problem!
I attempted to turn off A.S.S. with Forscan for @Dgchurch on his 2024 Raptor yesterday and the change did not take. Digging into this it appears Ford programmed around this setting, apparently starting with model year 2023, but my only data point is his 2024.
I have a 2022 and mine was...
After making a couple Forscan changes on @Dgchurch truck, he issued a challenge.
He wanted his oil, engine and transmission dial gauges in the digital instrument cluster to display the actual temperatures. Challenge accepted!
Almost no documentation on Broncos for this as only the Raptor had...
