The way I understood it was you get a refund which they did and they’ll send you replacement can/brackets…I was emailing FP myself. I guess we will see.. the 650$ refund was to pay for damages, and people that bought would get full free replacements.
The hoses are set so how are you bending them, reheating them? It is an easy enough fab job to be honest I just did not want to mess with reconditioning the hoses. Lets see what you did.
I believe I went through ford performance support. I ordered mine through CJPony so it took a bit longer for ford to reimurse them and them to me. but you do need (for whatever reason) get a dealership to say "yeah it is flawed".

The zip tie deal is just the logical thing to do at this point. If you leave canister on the bracket or even in that same spot it still gets sandwiched between a hose and hood which will lead to further damage, you have to move it and hold it to drivers side with zip ties. Ford at some point...
