392 Rubicon to BRaptor

Recently traded my '24 Rubicon 392 Final Edition (turns out no so final) for a new '24 BRaptor that I'd been watching for several months. Also had a '22 392 that I traded for the '24 Rubicon.
Will post impressions of the BRaptor as compared to the 392's in a future thread. I really, really love my Bronco Raptor! Every time I walk up to it to hop in I'm smiling like a maniac. Some vehicles are just "right"....this rig just spoke to me. Also liked and enjoyed the 392's but...details in the future thread.

I've owned a bunch of Mopars (trucks and muscle cars) as well as 3 F150 Raptors, a Ranger Raptor, a 1994 Bronco and a GT500. I'm old...those have been over the course of more than 2 1/2 decades. Can't believe I lived through mourning the end of the 1st muscle car era then fortunate enough to experience the resurgence of performance cars & trucks over the last 2-3 decades.

I'm disappointed Ford omitted the I.S. color for the 2025 MY as it's one of my Favorite colors on any vehicle, and the code orange highlights with the CO pkg is icing on the cake. Congratulations, great choice!

@Hayabusa that’s a sweet rig - congrats & welcome. I have a couple of Jeeps as well and the Raptor is certainly a different beast in comparison. The most noticeable difference on pavement is the excellent road manners & off-road, its girth (she thick). Enjoy & looking forward to your contributions.

Mine too, just finished custom tuning with ZFGR. I tried the ford PROCAL, and whipple tunes, finally a real custom tune. Won’t go into details but, it smokes 39”s in 3rd gear, at or around 500 RWHP

I dig that single hoop bar on your bumper...will you share who makes it? I need to copycat your style of that bar!

@Bschurr : I wish I could swing keeping a Jeep and my BRaptor but it's not in the cards right now. I've owned 4 Rubicons over time, the last two were 392's...a "22 XR and a '24 Final Edition. They were fantastic beasts and the '22 was issue free. The '24 had some sweet upgrades and was a tight unit, no rattles or some of the typical Wrangler nuances.
The issue it did have was the dreaded, headache inducing low RPM drone. It became so distracting that even the sweet 392 exhaust note wouldn't make up for it. Jeep refuses to address or help identify what is driving the issue in what appears to be a significant number of '24 units. Appears the Borla, AWE, etc aftermarket exhasuts don't help...
So, here I am...and very , very happy I ended up with my BRaptor! I love she

That bar is made by DV8 Off-road. I had a light bar for it, but didn’t care for it. The only downside is that since it’s not a huge arch over the front camera, you can see it in the front cam view. Far from a deal breaker for me, it’s no big deal IMO. Great fit.

That bar is made by DV8 Off-road. I had a light bar for it, but didn’t care for it. The only downside is that since it’s not a huge arch over the front camera, you can see it in the front cam view. Far from a deal breaker for me, it’s no big deal IMO. Great fit.

Thank you! Had factory bars on my Wranglers that you could see in the camera view. It wasn't too bad or distracting.
Just beginning to look into mods...bull bars and lighting to start. Appreciate the quick reply and will take my time on lighting.

Happy to help, it’s a fun project for sure. DV8 also sells a few other items that are worth it, to me. One is their door pocket replacements, that changes the tiny net door pockets to something vastly more usable. Bronco’s aren’t known for interior storage and this is a quick, easy fix for something I use every day. By the way, that affiliate statement below my Amazon link has nothing to do with me.
