Son is.
I think there are auto stop disablers out there that are not costly and easy to install but can’t find them. Forscan is one that’s been recommended but I can’t find a website. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Welcome to BroncoRaptor.com! 🍻

I have FORScan for Windows that I used on my wife's Badlands to add Sport mode along with a couple other available minor adjustments. I have not used on my Raptor yet, but will likely in the future for a few minor convenience feature adjustments. I do have the Whipple Tune on the Raptor which eliminates the Auto Stop/Start in all drive modes.

There are numerous threads on Bronco6g by searching for FORScan on that site.
Here is a direct link to a Bronco6g members maintained spreadsheet listing available settings.

I used the Autostop Eliminator. I think it was around $90. It works great !

I installed this one in October and have had no issues.
Half the price and it installs in the drivers side kick panel under the dash…. No need to deconstruct the infotainment center and try to install behind the start/stop button like other options.

Deconstruct makes it sound more difficult. I installed the AutoStop Eliminator in less than 15 minutes. 2 screws, a couple of clips and plug it in…I have not used the one you are looking at but it it looks pretty easy as well but a lot more wires. Let us know if it works well.

I ordered this one for my Raptor. It was way easier to install than the eliminator I put into my badlands. Thanks for the link.

I had a similar unit in my 21 Badlands as well - worked like a champ. It’s now in my 23 Heritage LE and it’s flawless. I programmed the “R” button in the Raptor to include the auto start/stop so I haven’t needed an extra device but good to know it will work there too (if needed)!

Yeah, I have mine programmed as well. Occasionally I forget to hit it and it annoyed me when it would shut down!!!

I bought an eliminator off Amazon last year that just plugs in at the fuse panel. Super easy install, and has worked flawlessly for 17,000 miles. The Amazon link posted above is the one I purchased.

Just installed my start stop eliminator, Krista's video was extremelyhelpful.

I did the same a couple weeks back. Easy to do. A few screws to remove and a plastic trim tool to help with the plastic bits and bobs and you'll have it done in no time.

My buddy has a '22 Bronco Raptor (@JohnGalt) and forescan worked great for him. I've got a '24 Bronco Raptor and forescan wouldn't work. It seems starting around '23 Ford locked this portion of the ECU and you can no longer software override. That said, the physical bypass works seemlessly and is a pretty simple install as mentioned. Hope that helps.

How are you guys getting this programed to eliminate auto stop/start. I have my raptor button on all sport and it still shuts off; what am I doing wrong?

Maybe try reprogramming the Raptor button from scratch?

I've got my R button in comfort steer, normal suspension and sport exhaust and transmission with auto start/stop disabled. That worked fine before I put the actual bypass in. Double tap the R button and I was good to go.

As @Dgchurch indicated, be sure to include the ASS in the off position before you program your specific settings as your R preferences. 👍🏼
