Hello from Tampa Florida! My 1st Bronco and went with a Raptor. I've had a few Jeeps in the past and one nicely built one. I looked at the Jeep 392 again, I had a 2024 sold it to get my wife her Italian stallion car and I was driving a Porsche Cayenne as I was traveling on the road for work and such 9 semi retired at 60) ....but after seeing the interior and driving the Bronco's this really is a better vehicle than the Jeep Wrangler. There were things on my 2024 Jeep 392 I did not like at all and only had it for a year and 10k miles and a buyer at. restaurant fell in my lap and sold it on the spot. Wild story I can share later.
Anyway.... I started out with my typical white...almost had a deal on a 2025 then I saw Shelter Green and loved it. I've never been a green fan or had a green vehicle. Unfortunately the dealers in the greater Tampa area all think Shelter Green is rare and special and no discounts. That and all the dealer add on fluff they refuse to remove I up and walked out of 4 dealers. I ended up finding my 2026 Marsh Gray Raptor 70miles north in Crystal River FL...made the deal and drove up and pay for it.
I've had it 2 weeks and I did my own detail, prep and ceramic coating. Tinted the windows and took stickers off too. I just changed the oil at 750 miles and set a sample off. I am really enjoying driving this Bronco around town. I hit some very mild trails north of me just to get away and out in the woods the other day.
I want to do the cargo area side Molle panels most likely from Built Right ( hoping for Memorial Day Sale) and not sure what else. Maybe ditch lights if I end up going off road at night....we will see.
