Bronco Raptor Engine will be the 3.0l Twin Turbo V6 - 400+ HP

Well, I guess Ford wasn't completely ready to release power numbers today. The Bronco Raptor gets a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 making at least 400 horsepower. Final figures for power and torque haven't been announced, but this same engine in the Explorer ST puts out 400 hp and 415 pound-feet of torque.

I haven't seen yet what transmission they mated to this engine. I really hope it's the 10R80!

Aaahhh looks like the Bronco Raptor gets gas struts to lift the hood, nice!

Baja mod gets anti-lag! So when you're in the Baja mode it keeps the exhaust flowing to keep the turbos spooled so that when you get back on the gas there's no turbo lag.

I was too... However the Hennessey VelociRaptor 400 is rated at 411 bhp and 603 lb-ft torque and appears to still have the 10R60.
