Flares are large enough that seems most individuals don't notice the actual fenders are also wider, at least in the photo's.

The BRaptor fenders themselves are wider than the Standard Bronco giving a total of 8.6" (Flares included) greater width than the Badlands Bronco.
Both the front fenders and rear quarters are sheet-molding compound (SMC), producing greater strength and weight savings while being cost efficient.
