Bronco Raptor Payload

Since the Bronco Raptor will have even a softer suspension then the current model Broncos, do you think the payload will be higher or lower?

I don’t think it can afford to be much lower than the current Badlands Sasquatch four-door payload at 950 lbs!

The press release didn't mention the payload this morning, however the tow rating has been increased to 4500 pounds!

New to Bronco is Tow/Haul mode, which helps enable a tow rating of 4,500 pounds, a 1,000-pound improvement over the base model. Trail Control, Trail Turn Assist and Trail One-Pedal Driving are also included.

With that new tow rating, turning the Braptor into an overlanding rig might make a little more sense. Lot's of nice small trailers under 4500 pounds!

Here are the Bronco Raptor towing capabilities. It seems like the payload remains about the same as the standard Bronco, but the trailer tow rating was bumped up.
