Completed the bumper mount and winch install. Parts used were the Buckle Up Off-Road Winch Mount and WARN 92815 Zeon Platinum 10-S winch. Overall it was a 6 hour project, I could have done it in 4 hours but I was working by myself. The winch mount instructions in the box were not so great. But Krista Buckleupbuttercup on Facebook has an awesome Youtube video that made the install easy. The warn winch install was plug and play and easy- again a youtube video. My parking sensors, camera and radar work perfectly. My gripes with the install are the stupid plastic grey bumper guard- it doesnt fit properly and needs trimmed. I am going to replace it with the standard Bronco black 2 piece units. I also have replacement tow hooks that came with the kit- they were pained red. I am having them painted code orange or black this weekend. Overall I am happy with the project- the entire unit only adds 7 inches to the front bumper.

Looks great! Looking forward to seeing pics when you replace the grey bumper and further review on how you like it.

Looks good, Yes Krista is a big help. If you come to the Super cell east, she came last year hopefully she is coming this year.

Just a picking your brain question:
I don't have a lot of experience in the offroad area.
Are there factors on why you picked the
WARN 92815 Zeon Platinum 10-S winch?
I am interested in a set up for my Braptor.
Thanks
Garry

Garry - the Zeon Platinum is probably overkill. I could have opted for $900 winch and been fine. I choose it because of ease of instal, motor speed and safety. The Zeon Platinum has no external clutch switch. Everything is internal and runs off the remote. There is no need to be near the winch while you are operating it with the remote. The winch spools super fast and it was a plug and play install.

Updating my original post. I completed the black out process by getting the skid plate powder coated. I also relocated the Warn Winch control module- it is now under the hood. This gives the winch a lower profile and keeps the control module out of the elements. Last up- I took off the end caps and lights to go offroad. This factory set up from Ford holds LOTS of dirt, rocks and debris. My suggestion- if you wheel and get your truck dirty- pull the end caps occasionally and get the back of those lights cleaned out.

BigP, Looks good. I actually cleaned, primed and painted my bash plate with bed liner paint.
RAPTOR UP4879 1K Bedliner , Black call me a nerd but I like the name on the can.

I noticed there are 9 holes left in the bumper, I was looking at some plastic snap in plugs (I picked up a set at Ace Hardware) but they are a little too small, when I get the ones with the correct size, I will let you know, if you are interested.
