Has anyone found a bug deflector that doesn't require a little bending with a heat gun? I've read a bunch of threads, some over a year old, and most of what I have seen either say there is one, bend it with a heat gun, or the website is no longer available. Also saw one on a Ford site but the shipping is more than the part and it looks like the same one from Aeroskin that has to be bent.

Update: I purchased the one from Broaddict because it was basically the same as what is available from Ford but cheaper. Fit was good except for the ends. Used a good bit of painter's tape to make alignment guides and protect paint. Used a heat gun, off the hood, to heat the deflector just enough to make it moldable. Then used large spring clamps to reshape the deflector to the hood. It's not perfect but looks good and the wife is happy. Will add a pic later.

I have not seen any updates either.

There really isn't much bending. It's more like pressing it into the curvature of the edge of the hood so that the adhesive will stick the deflector to the hood. I used a hair dryer to warm it up so it would flex enough to adhere. I hope that makes sense.

It does, thanks.

If they made one specifically for the Raptor, I would get one.

Here is the finished product. Bought the Broaddict deflector. Definitely need to heat the ends to assist in molding the deflector to the hood. Heavy spring clamps from harbor freight came in handy to hold it on the hood while heating. Clamps were also useful holding pressure on the ends when the plastic was hot.

Also added a set of Steinjager shackles to the front bumper points.
