Just got my Bronco back from the body shop with the new ADV 7.5 fiberglass fenders. It turned out amazing. That being said, this is a major undertaking. You guys need to know what your getting into. The body shop had my Bronco for nearly three weeks. They said they had 182 hours into this job. Needless to say it was very expensive. Much more than I was expecting. I’m sure there are body shops that deal with fiberglass on a regular basis and could do the job much quicker, but it’s still going to be expensive. All of the factory clips and plastic screws needed to be replaced with more durable stainless hardware. All in all I’m very happy with the outcome. Now I just have to get over the sticker shock.

For those of us consideing this, would you be willing to price the cost of the fender purchase and the body work/paint? And are those tires 40's?

So the fenders and the fender liners for the 7.5 were $4,000. The labor was, and I’m almost embarrassed to admit it, was $20,000 after my cash discount.

If you are happy with them, that's all that counts. You only live once and it is a short one at that, so enjoy that Raptor!

I think they look great! I can’t tell from the pics, but did you also have the ADV liners installed?

Mine’s at the body shop right now having them installed, but it’ll be a while before it is finished. Got a couple of other items to fix as well.

This looks great. Big price tag for sure. The fact that you park this next to a 21 RS6 draws mad respect from me. Congratulations.

Haha, ya the Audi is definitely a beast, especially with over 800 hp!

What offset are your wheels? I'm trying to figure out how much of the poke you have is the new fenders or your wheel offset.

PS - You should enter this month's BROTM contest!

Honestly I don’t know what the offset is. The wheels are Raceline Liberator 180.

i think the body color matters a lot when considering matched fenders. mine is code orange, and i vastly prefer the contrast the oem fenders provide.

that said, i think that’s why this build looks fantastic. the body color has that heritage feel to it, and the 39s nicely fill out the wheel wells. with the black undercarriage, the whole thing presents as a monster in a tuxedo. i love it.

ETA: something about the profile was bugging me and i kept staring at it until i noticed the spare carrier delete. classy move.

Thank you so much for the compliments. I’m very happy with the way it turned out.

My code orange is still in the shop getting the 7.5” kit installed currently. It’s been about a month but they are just about done now. Here’s what this kit looks like in code orange for reference. Agree this is not cheap and a larger undertaking that I originally expected. I also had Advanced install them originally to make it easier on the body shop, but not sure how much time that actually saved. Cheers

NGL, that looks pretty special. Can't wait to see the final finished pics. Congratulations.

Just got this pic from the body shop. ADV 4.5’s with the stock BFG 37’s. They did fantastic work on it!

Now that's a proper Raptor! Those fenders are so much better than the Rubbermaid Dumbo ears. I was thinking about having my fender flares body colored matched, but the wife likes the contrast of the color (body is Code Orange). So I was thinking (against all common sense) about getting the CF Ford Performance fender flares since they are dark in color.
