I need to be in Cabo (Mexico) Feb 4, 2027 for a birthday party and thought it would be a great opportunity to check an item off my bucket list - to run the Baja peninsula in an off-road vehicle.
I reached out and confirmed that Expedition X Offroad is planning a run that begins on 1/30/27 and finishes a week later on 2/6/27. PERFECT TIMING!
Can the folks with first hand experience here provide some feedback/details about their experiences and confirm that I am not mentally deranged? My current crack-head plan would include shipping my Raptor from NY to San Diego, CA (I would fly), running most of the route with the group, stopping the Exo event in Cabo to attend a party and then a couple of days later, meandering back up north to CA before shipping my rig back to NY from CA.
Is this reasonable? doable? Please talk some sense into my feeble brain!
