One of the trail riders @ Windrock, got some mild trail stripping on his Bronco you could feel the scratch with a fingernail. He had PPF and after sitting in the sun for a day, most of the stripping had healed.

Does the self-healing with heat last the full life (many are ten year warranty overall) life of the PPF? It seems that I read recently that the ability to self-heal deteriorates over time.

Mine has a 10-year warranty; I would expect that's the end of the self-healing.
