My custom interior

I had Rogelio's Upholstery in Los Angeles do the work. Ask for Roger and tell him Tye sent you.
I'll chime in and say I'm all about the stitching and mgv - dash, doors etc... would love to learn how you sourced that

Tye, Any chance of getting the information on how to source the CF? I contacted dbcarbon in Germany and they don't have the spec, it needs to be provided to them again. Thanks

Does anyone know how to source the carbon fiber that Ford used in the Raptor?

Ford is using a flat pressed carbon weave. These OEM parts are made out of a mould under very high pressure, which made the weave structure flat and lost the typical deep carbon view. Most aftermarket companies who work with Carbon Fiber do not have this kind of tooling and are not using molds, they are hand laying which is why the 3D structure effect is retained.

With that said, the closest match you can get to this is Hexcel HexForce Carbon Fiber Fabric 2×2 Twill 3k 5.8oz/197gsm Style 284. I had DB Carbon in Germany do the work and sent them a dash and the weave.

Even the screws have BRONCO engraved on them. Nice!

Your's are also, as with all Bronco's and Bronco Raptor's. Ford labeled the bolts BRONCO that are designed to be owner removable to add accessories with the Torx bit and socket wrench that are included in your Bronco Raptor toolkit.
