New Raptor BO Rear Speakers Rattle

I got my 2023 Braptor and its great. I got the upgraded sound system and when certain bass levels hit the rear speakers make a rattle. I took it to the dealer and they said it might just need to be broken in but that if they made the claim to ford that its not a full issue and they wouldn't replace them. Anyone else having this issue?

This is a known issue. If you do a search on Bronco6G and probably here as well you will find a lot of people have this issue. It's a poor design by Ford. I have this issue as well.

I could’ve sworn they had sent out a memo regarding this issue. I have my braptor since October and the “ Brock in period” is bs. It still rattles.

There is a service bulletin from Ford on this. Something about replacing the screws.

TSB for subwoofer rattle issue, 23-2241

Brought my 23 in for another repair and they checked the subwoofer rattle. Came back with TSB 23-2241 for the rattle. I searched on here and online but don't see it mentioned anywhere so I thought I would pass this along since many have posted about it. Parts are on backorder. Thanks Ducati1098...

The guys at off roadeo last weekend said to back the screws out and put loctite on them and put them back in. Don't use the permanent loctite stuff. Use the blue.
