New Revealing Look At The Ford Bronco Raptor - Likely to Get 450 HP!

2022 Ford Bronco Raptor preview 5.jpeg

The Bronco Raptor, available in the summer of 2022, is rumored to be equipped with a V-6 EcoBoost engine upgraded from the base offering. If this rumor is true and shares the same level of improved horsepower of the F-150 Raptor, you could expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 horsepower!

Sitting on 37s, the Bronco Raptor is taller from the factory than any of the current 6-gen Broncos, and keeping with the trademark Raptor stance, much wider. Beefed up suspension and the iconic, and often copied front grille with the amber lights and more aggressive exterior styling. Source - bronconation

Several little things I've noticed after analyzing these photos: fender vents above the front fenders, fog lights in the modular bumper, beefy rear trailing arm, cool LED lights front and rear, completely different lower control arms, and cool side steps.

Some interesting thoughts from TFL has they discuss the Bronco Raptor:

Wow! What a beast. It looks like it can go through any terrain fast! The fender flares look crazy big. I can't wait to hear more about the motor specs.

I'm sure it's just a safety requirement they have for test mules. Looks like the new Bronco Raptor is going to have hood vents as well!

Here are a few more Bronco Raptor photos to drool over!

That first "head on" photo showing off the grille looks tough! The only issue that kinda stands out is the straight lines of the bumper don't follow the lines on the body. It might look better if there was a slight bend upwards on either side of the bumper. Minor detail I know, but just sharing my thoughts.

Notice the extra heavy-duty rear swing gate hinges. Since the Bronco Raptor comes equipped with 37-inch tires that spare wheel and tire on the back probably weighs about 120+lbs.
