Raptor heat extractor hood emblem.

I want this to stand out a bit more than just a black emblem on black hood. Before my raptor arrived I was looking at mods a lot of people here were doing with their raptors and I came across some inlay vinyl from a place called Vinyl Sometimes where you could install different colored vinyl in there to make it pop a bit. My Raptor finally in my driveway and that website no longer has the vinyl. I read Ford told them to stop? WTF?

So without that, is there anywhere else to get it? I had an idea since it’s a plastic emblem to buy plastic specific paint and use a tiny modeling brush and try to paint it where the vinyl would have gone. Has anyone else tried this or have any other suggestions? Thanks

I put them on our Raptor. I *may* have ordered 2 sets, but can’t remember. I’ll check when I get home tonight. If I’ve got an extra set I’ll send them your way.

I also noticed that VS pulled all of the Raptor-logo stuff. I have those installed on mine and pretty happy with them.

Apparently there's another resource that creates inserts using acrylic so it should be more resilient and easier to install. I can't find the name now (it's all done via IM, not an "advertised" website). If I can find it again I'll probably try to order something as I don't suspect the vinyl inlays will last indefinitely.

I got a set from Greg and they are great! Very easy to install. Took me maybe 20 minutes to install all three….2 on hood and 1 on tailgate.

2 sets incoming (Code Orange and Grey) as I can't decide to keep the logos LOUD or somewhat muted to match my Azure w/ decal pkg. The timing couldn't be better as I noticed the other day a couple of edges where my vinyl ones seem to be lifting.

@Greggrob this came to mind the other day but would clearly be a little more challenging given the reduced depth of the lettering. But if it was an option I'm in as I have no interest in trying to paintfill that section as I'll just make a mess of it.

Would also love to see about getting the 'Raptor' section on the backside of the CHSML which is in reverse font. I tried inserting the other inserts received backwards hoping it might simply be placing the vinyl on the other side but the overall scale is different than both the hood and tailgate emblems.
