Not sure this is the right place but looking for some help. Did first oil change on 23 Raptor 1500 miles. Motorcraft FL-2062-A filter, Castrol Edge 5-30(only oil I could find locally that met specs), retained original drain plug. 7 quarts out, 7 quarts in. Changed all three o-rings on filter housing. Warmed engine prior to draining. Drained for plus or minus 30 minutes with oil filter and fill cap off. Checked for leaks, nothing. Checked oil level after change almost exact same spot on dip stick as before change, mid way on hash marks. Drove at highway speed for maybe 150 miles:
Oil under vehicle when parked.
Checked drain plug, no issues.
Oil on drivers side valve cover below dip stick-dip stick was properly installed I believe
Oil level appeared pretty close to what it was after change maybe a little lower
Drove return trip 150 miles doesn't seem to be repeating
Pulled oil filter all looks good
I have upr clean side oil catch can installed, made sure it's hooked up properly and had it on vehicle prior to oil change with no issues.

I know long post. I've been doing this sort of stuff for very long time. I'm stumped.
Would dip stick not seated allow oil to expel on to valve cover?
If the small o-ring on the shaft thingy on oil filter housing was incorrect could it cause this?

Seems I'm the only one that's ever experienced this. Any help would be appreciated.

The dip stick can be a little tricky to get seated if not paying attention. Oil can definitely come up out of the dip stick tube.

Thanks for your response. I'm leaning towards the dip stick not being seated properly but can't be certain. Scary seeing oil on the garage floor on a brand new super expensive vehicle.
