Silly question...but where in the heck is the lug wrench?????

Want to install wheel locks and for the life of me, I cannot find the lug wrench! Removed the grey pouch with extensions from trunk, but can't seem to find the wrench.....anyone?

According to Page 442 in the owners manual, it's in the tool bag.
