Track your order link work for anyone else?

So, my Braptor was supposed to be built last week. No updates either way. When I click on the Track your order link from the email or website, it says my session has expired and to refresh the page, which I have done to no avail. It hasn't worked for me for several months now.
Can I find out any other way besides calling? Thank you.
