I didn't hear him say they did any upgrading to the transmission? My understanding is that the Bronco's 10R60 transmission is only reliable up to about 450 lb-ft torque....

Those are some nice gains! Too bad my Bronco has the Adaptive Cruise Control so it rules this kit out for me

That will be a different kit. The Bronco Raptor engineers were talking about the turbos and intercooler being different even from the typical 3.0L engine found in the Explorer ST.
