Does anyone know what size bolts fit the middle, empty “accessory ready” holes of the Braptor tailgate hinges?

I don't have my Raptor here tonight to look at it, based on the documentation you found appears you have the correct size fastener although the hardness doesn't appear to be a 10.9 or greater it should still fit. It may be that they recommend the grade 10.9 (equivalent to grade 8 SAE) since the threads may be a very tight fit due to plastic/paint in the threads. You don't want to accidentally break off in the threads.
