Ball joints

Howdy Memphis,
Welcome to the forum. Jeep says the same about their LBJs; so I bought a floor press and MOOG LBJs and did it myself. The Ford Parts catalog is a little tricky to navigate, but it is a double-check on any dealership info. My push back would be "What about the 3y/36k warranty?"

The way the LBJ is pressed into the LCA, aka steering pitman arm, could be a little tricky to replace.

For some reason that photo of the LCA doesn't look right for a BR.

Here's a few photos of my left front LCA and LBJ. Definitely not the same even though I used my VIN for the parts search. The LBJs on my LCAs (NB3V-3042-AJ and NB3V-3051-AJ) look like they could be pressed out. Could be the same as the UBJ, PN MB3Z-3050-A, but I cannot get a good photo of the PN.
See post 6 below.

Note that the LBJ on the F-150 is the same as the UBJ on the Bronco. Just saying.

Has anyone replaced their front Lower ball joints on the Raptor yet? I broke mine and Ford is saying I need to purchase entire Lower Control arm for $1500. Are there any after market suppliers of these?
Ok, first hope you can get these fixed fast and back to enjoying your Bronco Raptor now.....
I'm sure I am not the only one interested in how did you "break" your lower ball joints already? What'd you do? 🤣

Welcome to the Forum! FMI, a sponsor here, appears to be in the development stages of the lower control arms. I would contact them for details and availability.

Thanks for all the info so far. Apparently Ford used to always list UBJs as a 3050 in part number and now with the new raptor trucks the LBJ is listed as a 3050 part# and it is a different part from the Bronco upper.
I went to dealer and measured F150 raptor truck with off road package and it appears to be the same as the Bronco as far as the LBJ goes even tho the LCA is a bit diff.. I ordered the part and it should be in on Tuesday so I will let you know if it works??? If not, guess I am purchasing the entire Lower Control Arm for $1500.

Finally, a good photo for the BR forward LBJs. NB3V-3395-AA unable to find in Ford parts catalog.
Appears to be made 17-DEC-2021, lot A.

If unable to obtain via Ford Parts, you might consider a salvage yard.

Happened off road. turned and slide into a rock. the knuckle snapped along with upper and lower ball joints and the inner axle shaft attached to the diff. I have all parts ready to put together but now I am questioning the axle seal on the intermediate shaft? not sure if I have all the pieces and the order they go in? The Ford diagram shows a few things I don't have and I also have a piece that came off it not shown in their diagram?? I do have photos if anyone could help? I'll upload them this evening.
