Has any installed the Ford Performance mirror-mounted lights by Rigid? I would assume these would also fit the Bronco Raptor?

I have not, but did you see Ford is running a 15% off sale on these right now?!

ON THE FIRST $1,000 OF ACCESSORIES PURCHASED.* FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS. FOR ORDER TOTALS OF $1,000 OR LESS, USE PROMO CODE FORD15. FOR ORDER TOTALS OVER $1,000, USE PROMO CODE ACC150. MAXIMUM VALUE OF OFFER IS $150. OFFERS VALID FROM 1/31/22 TO 2/28/22.

The cowl on the Bronco Raptor appears to be the same cowl with the same attachment points that’s on the regular Bronco, so I think it’s safe to assume these will work on the Bronco Raptor.

I did! I haven't ordered the lights yet, but I did us the discount to order the Bimini Sun Shade.

I think you're right! I've been holding off on mods to my Badlands that won't transfer over to the Braptor, but it looks like these LED lights will.

Any preference or reason to go with mirror mounted, or a light bar on the bumper or a light bar or individual lights on a roof rack? Is it for different applications, like the look, more is better??

If you're getting lights for "looks", then anything goes...do what looks good to you.

For off-road applications, Baja Designs has a nice intro to lighting on their website:

Key things to bear in mind are...what do you want to light up (road, sides, rear, etc.), type of beam (long or short), is it for fog or other weather conditions, and finally placement so that you avoid glare/reflection.

I'll probably do some bumper-mounted fog lights (depending on what exactly the Raptor already has), A-Pillar ditch lights and roof-mounted floods (e.g. KC Pro 6). Likely also some rock lights and tailgate lights for camp.

Late to the thread but, to answer OP's question, I've done them on my Bronco. It's a solid kit and an easy job. Based on all the pics I've seen of the BRaptor, it appears the mounting spot for the kit is the same as on all other Broncos...hence, it should fit.

I did see someone doing a bracket to mount two lights per side...but that seems like overkill for ditch lights...and looks a tad wonky, IMO. I've also seen folks doing larger / swore light heads but I think Ford got the aesthetics right on this one (minus the 'Ford Performance' covers, possibly).

I was curious if mounting lights on the mirror brackets would create a distracting glare on the hood and fender tops? If they are ditch lights are they to be turned at a 45-90 degrees off the side of the Bronco?

I would probably angle them out and use them more as "ditch lights". I was out in the pitch black the other night in my Bronco and I was having a hard time seeing past the fenders through my tinted windows. I had to roll down my window to make sure I wasn't going to run off the driveway and it still wasn't easy to see. The light from the headlights to the sides is definitely lacking.

There's a trade-off between how angled and how much glare you get. I only turn mine out slightly...maybe 10-20 degrees? It's also going to depend on how strong the lights are (range) and what speeds you're driving. For me, they're sort of extended-width headlights.

Probably will go with Baja Designs or KC for my ditch (A-pillar) lights.

I have XL80's on my FRaptor (A pillar). I liked the square look for that truck and they throw a huge amount of light. Also have BD lights in the bumper cutouts...everything I've used from them has been really good.
