Ford Pass Points ?

For everyone who has already received their Braptor, did you also get any or all the Ford Pass points that were promised throughout this whole ordeal? I'm a GT holder and asked my dealer about them and was told I didn't qualify for them anymore. My dealer has lied and withheld info in the past. They have been unprofessional to say the least so I like to verify everything they say. I'm expecting delivery this Friday, it already landed at the local rail yard just waiting for truck transport. I cant wait to be done with this dealership, just want to make sure I get whatever is due.

I would assume you at minimum should get the points for a new vehicle purchase (42,000). I'm uncertain about the other 220,000 or so bonuses, and will defer to others that have already taken delivery.

When I spoke to Ford months ago they told me the original $1,000 worth of points that we were given for the long wait are still valid. You do have to work it out with your dealer to use them, but from what I was told a while back they did not just vanish because you swapped your order.

Mine finally arrived at my dealer today so I am going to pick it up tomorrow. I’ll let you know what they tell me when I go to use them. My sales guy told me I had to talk to the aftermarket person at the dealer to use them and he didn’t handle that himself.

200,000? I had 11,000 from attending one of the early Bronco reveal events in late fall 2020, then another 42,000 for this BR purchase. Am I leaving something on the table?

I was an original early reservation holder and during the long wait they sent everybody or at least the people still waiting $1,000 or 200,000 ford points. If you bought off of dealer allocations this probably wouldn’t apply.

I'm day 2 reservation holder, maybe I got passed, same dealer since 14Jul20. Maybe because my dealer doesn't participate in the points? Oh well, I'm happy either way. Thank you for the explanation.

I seriously doubt it applies here. You may have a great dealer, but I think most will contend that accepting the Golden Ticket was in essence a change in vehicle, and so those old compensatory points no longer apply.

Again, congrats on a great dealer. Officially the 200K points were to be provided upon delivery (so again, switching your ordered vehicle would have negated that).

This is a textbook case of (good) dealers taking Ford policies above and beyond for the benefit of their loyal customers. My dealer was going to honor X-Plan despite Ford vehemently denying it would be available for Bronco.

Of course, that went away when I got my Golddn Ticket and ordered a specialty performance vehicle…

I think that is correct. Either way they already put the points on my Ford pass account. Lucky me I guess.

I just checked the activity on my Ford Pass App and the 200,000 is called Bronco roof bonus and then another 20,000 for Bronco Reservation. The 200k is from the hardtop issue originally. Should have the other 42k coming soon for the purchase as well.

Yesterday ford said my BR is on train 🤩 and dealer gave car# to track 👍 Also today ford said for buying vehicle we get 40K in points + said because I waited 2.3 years I get ANOTHER 225k points!!😎

I was able to use my Rewards points towards the purchase of the Bronco Raptor. Just gave my salesman my member ID number and they checked the balance and applied the cash value towards the purchase. Several days later after taking delivery I received the 42,000 points.
