It's also possible that the Ford Bronco Warthog will get the hybrid version of that engine, though nothing's been confirmed. The hybrid V6 produces 494 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are predicted to be paired with the existing ten-speed automatic gearbox.

Ford confirmed the 3.0 in a few videos but have yet to release HP/Tq figures aside from being at least 400hp.

While it would be cool to have that hybrid engine, all of the photos of the engine bay on the pre-production models don't show the hybrid.

I think the hybrid is not in the cards for the Braptor anytime soon. I can certainly believe the power numbers, since the electric motor component adds a lot with very little weight penalty. But that performance gain would be short-lived off-road once the batteries drain.

Now, the question, could the HYBRID Engine be Retrofit into a Raptor frame? My guess is 100% Yes.. That would be a JEEP KILLER..

Yes, those numbers should easily be achievable with a V6 Turbo hybrid. However not for 2022 as we know but I wouldn't be surprised to see the hybrid in the next gen Bronco Raptor.

IMO, that hybrid engine may very well make it to the Bronco. If so it will likely be exclusive the the Bronco Raptor. Makes me wonder if I should get right back on the list for another as soon as I take delivery ;)
