I had moved some stuff to my '24 Braptor, but today I bought a new 16" bag from Harbor Freight, reloaded it, and got them bungycorded into the back.

A twelve-volt compressor is in the left-hand bag, while the RH bag contains a snatchstrap, clevises, jumpercables, and tire-wrenching tools. I know it's not a big deal, but I need to start somewhere, yes? 🙂

Looking good @jeffreybehr

PSA - bungee cords are dangerous AF! I highly suggest static lashing straps to hold your stuff. Check out Rok Straps…

BSChurr, you are absolutely correct, and I TYVM for reminding me.

Several days ago I thought of these straps that I had never used, but that thought disappeared by last nite.

Probably my next purchase for the Braptor is an around-the-sparetire gascan carrier like this one.

...or stay fairly close to home! 😏

The RSE EZ Rack is a fantastic product - I have used mine for the past almost 20 years. The pro tip is to mount the strap around the spare as far away from the rear glass as possible so you can still use the handle to open the tailgate while it’s attached.

A couple notes on the RSE EZ Rack….

You probably will not want to mount the Rotopax at 9 and 3 o’clock position on a Raptor. The passenger side rotopax will interfere/damage with the tail light (sticks way out vs typical Bronco). when you open the tailgate.

Try mounting at around 10 and 2 o’clock to get a position that clears the third brake light and the tail light when opening the gate.

Also, if you’re running stock +34 rims and 12.5” tires you need to make sure you position the strap as far out on the tire as safely possible to avoid the corner of the Rotopax contacting your tailgate under spirited driving conditions in off road driving situations.

I successfully identified the first issue above, but I learned the second, the hard way, on a 400 mile Mojave adventure just two short months after taking delivery in December 2022.

Otherwise, it’s a great product, reasonably priced, very handy and stows easily in the garage the 99% of the time you don’t need it.

The ding is kind of hard to see in the picture, but you can definitely see if took multiple shots from the Rotopax

You’re welcome. Looking at the picture of your truck it looks like you’ve reduced the positive offset, that should help a lot with spacing away from tailgate
