I just saw this thread over at B6g today: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...ling-ford-local-says-not-their-problem.44016/

At least one person so far (in Texas) has had issues with melting/bubbling plastic on his Bronco. The bubbling is in the hard top.

Just wanted to bring it up for folks to check their Broncos in the event it's not an isolated occurrence. This is the first I've heard of it aside from the factory wiper cowl.

Not allowed? That funny, Rob. If we didn’t post links to external content, there would a lot less traffic on here…😂

But seriously, that’s a pretty weird situation and I hope just a one-off. Maybe another factor would be it was a fairly early produced model (November delivery, so maybe September built). Perhaps a MIC 1.0 problem? You’re right, we should keep an eye out…a lot of additional pieces on the Raptor are built from similar materials.

👆I agree with Ironmike, I seem to remember the bubbling, delaminating, and honeycombing being part to the MIC 1.0 problems.

I saw that thread, very weird. He did reply and say he has the 2.0 top.
