Last Friday had my ride in for 1st service/state inspection & emissions... requested the Wiring Harness Repair and PCM update. Scheduled to be 1st in and aligned it with testing I needed for my annual physical (heart stuff, not the alien probe 
) The heart facility was across the street.
I checked in the BRaptor, told them I'd be at the hospital for about 90 minutes and if they could get the Seat Pivot Bolt and Flying Fender Flare recalls done by noon it would be great, other wise I'd come back. I did the testing, waited about 2 hours after and...
A little before noon they came to the waiting area to let me know they got it all done...they had to make a run to another dealership to get the fender flare materials and a trailer hitch plug I bought from parts while waiting.
The guys there are car nuts like me and give a damn when they see a nice vehicle roll in. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and enthusiasm.
So...the volume of recalls are annoying but in this case...dare I say...the dealership service experiece was great.
Needed the OEM trailer hitch plug because my daughter gave me the hitch cover below last Christmas and I've kept it on my desk at home. A nicely made hunk of metal that she hunted down knowing I'd love it.
I hope y'all have as smooth an experience on your recall fixes.
