Since Ford doesn't offer a factory roof rack option for the Bronco Raptor, the BadAssTents rack might be a good solution.

• Kit includes parts to use as rear short rack only when full rack not needed.
• 500lbs Static load (at Camp) 250lbs Dynamic load (in transit)
• You can remove front and center roof panels without removing the rack!
• Modern plate design roof rack styling using extruded aluminum cross beams.
• Ultra-slim 3.1” tall steel and aluminum Frame supports up to 500lbs
• No Drilling required
• OEM-style vehicle integration adds no noise or reduction in gas mileage.
• Modular design with DIY assembly delivers higher quality at a lower price
• Made-in-USA quality you can see, backed up by a 3-year warranty**

I’ve been thinking about this rack for the Raptor, mainly because it can hold 500 lbs. and allows for the center roof panel to be removed. BUT, I wish they offered a more finished look to the attachments at the A-pillar, like the OEM has a cover albeit plastic.

I also just received an email from Valkyrie on a new roof rack option.

Take a look at these racks! We came up with this setup to give you an array of options with our modular roof racks. Made entirely in the USA, sourced with American steel & aluminum, these racks are ready to give your build a functional edge and look bad @$$ while you're at it.

Features and things you should definitely know about these racks:
  • Light weight 5052 aluminum construction
  • T-Slot aluminum cross bars for endless storage customization
  • Black Stainless hardware to minimize any potential for rusting
  • Variations fit 2021+ Ford Bronco 4 Door and 2 Door (all trims, DOES NOT FIT THE BRONCO SPORT)
  • Allows for removal of roof panels without needing to remove the rack
  • ~250 lb Dynamic, ~550 lb static weight capacity
  • Bolt on, no drilling required
  • Made, sourced, and manufactured in the USA. The extrusions are even made in the same industrial park as us! We support our neighbors and a great local economy!
  • Sleek, slim, and minimal design
  • The only rack on the market currently designed to clamp on the roof like OEM, distributing weight more evenly and securely

I'm planning to email 3 companies: Frontrunner, Rhino Rack, and Gobi. They are all developing Bronco roof racks, so I'd be interested in their plans for Raptor. As a group, they have (by far) the highest dynamic and static load ratings of anybody out there. The big question to answer is...does the Raptor have the same dimensions as the regular Bronco 4-door trims in terms of the MIC roof and supporting pillars/body/glass?

Keep us in the loop. I know I would be interested in hearing what their plans are for the BR's.

I ended up going in a different direction (posted in another thread), namely the TrailRax TRMR. Fantastic product, very low profile, very stable.
