Bronco finally arrived today and it looks like there must of been a piece or tap in the door well area and it didn't get painted it just primer. Wow WTF Ford.....

Robotic paint spray systems, but wow, obviously missed the quality redo tag. Fortunately, it's the best place for a Pro touch-up spray since it'll blend well, won't be noticeable, and no effect on life of vehicle. Understandably upsetting and an inconvenience. Hope your dealer taking good care of you.

Their quality control is horrible. I posted pics of a dent on my tailgate they hid under the spare tire mount. They knew damn well there were issues and just covered them up. At least the dealership acknowledged it so it can be fixed.

I am so astonished with Ford as I believe I am the first with this problem.
My Bronco Raptor has a torn front passenger CV axle boot. I have 375 miles on the car and it got delivered with 51. I have hopped one curb and that was at 3 miles per hour. I would not have known if I didn’t take it to get ceramic coated. The parts guy at Ford says a part number for the boot doesn’t exist and has to do an inquiry which could take up to a week. Can anyone help get a part number or has anyone had this issue yet?

Confirm with your dealer they are aware of this warranty replacement process. I didn't think we had the same half shafts as Bronco, but maybe it's assembly related problem.

Thanks. They agreed to take a look at it Monday.
That same piece of trim on mine go's over the middle hump, back seat floor doesn't fit well at all. Appears to be another bad vender/product looks really cheap?

Just did some checking since so many issues are popping up, noticed several push in clips plastic holding wires in place etc, are loose already and don't seem to stay when pushed in place ? On this vehicle made to fly through the air is not good!

The mats where folded up in plastic bags in the back when it arrived to the dealer, initially mine were not laying flat to the floor either, give it a few weeks and they will contour nicely to the floor, mine look perfect now.

Thanks for that info all other mat’s look fine, except the cargo protection mat is missing waiting on that to show up

Pretty disappointing to hear about these things! Ford needs to hit a home run with the Raptor.

I’ve checked everywhere underneath, wheel wells, etc and everything is all good, except for a few very minor frame scratches from assembly and this front bumper shroud which was easily resolved.

The paint leaves a lot to be desired. If you are someone that likes to inspect while you are cleaning, don’t do it. My PPF dealer found a lot of trash on the hood and pretty much every other panel. I told them don’t show me the other panels. Currently dealing with Ford and deciding whether or not to repaint and lose value or get wet sanded and touched up the best they can and leave it. Kind of disappointing. Here are just a few pics and trust me I could send many more.

My set of issues maybe more: front bumper has paint issues (almost like a sticker / adhesive left from a label prior to prepping or lack of prep), my drivers door weather stripping has a bulge and they gouged my painted trim around the bumper while installing. Sound deadening on one panel appears to be coming off as well.
Stopped by the dealer today and waiting on answers for the weather stripping (east) and the bumper. I requested a new black bumper painted from the factory and not redone at the dealer. The dealers paint shop like most aren’t that great for odd ball items like the Raptor textured front bumper.

Don’t care about the rest as I’ll address or have.

My PPF guy told me about the bulge but they had to cut around to PPF.
