That’s a good point. The roof rack would require bracing to improve the static load rating to make this a viable configuration. Good example is the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform with Backbone frame…holds up to 800-ish lbs in a very low profile package, and then you can choose any RTT on the market and not worry. I don’t know enough about that BadAss RTT setup to comment on its practicality.
Yeah, I'm familiar with Gobi...been on my radar for several years. Not sure if I want to buy into that whole exoskeleton look though. Plus they might need to re-engineer their brand new Bronco product to accommodate the wider Raptor.
