What did you do to your Bronco Raptor today?

Did you have to shim your blow off valve to the AFE parts?

Sorry, I missed this earlier. No, I did not have to shim it up. It went right on to my surprise. I am guessing AFE may have changed something. Also, the bolts were different. They were flat style, I could use a box to get them on.

Glad to hear that worked.

Thanks! I like the charge pipes. I also have my final revision from Panda Motorworks for their tune. It's working nicely. I am hoping to grab some dyno time to see where I am at. The final piece to my puzzle is an IC. I am currently looking at the BF sales to see if something pops up on a good deal.

My CP-E intercooler is here. I installed the pegs. I plan to try to get it installed tomorrow, if not definitely on Saturday

Have the CP-E installed. So now I'll try to get some numbers with my setup.

S&B CAI
AFE Bladerunner charge pipes
CP-E Intercooler
Panda Tuned. (Not the piggyback)

Considering getting the CP-E down pipes....🤔

Installed the hood deflector and molded it in with a heat gun. I used 3M PPF underneath it and then did a quick ceramic coat on the entire vehicle using Gyeon Q2 Can Coat Evo.

The molding part was fairly easy and it appears the surface is self-healing. I managed to leave a mark using a felt covered squeegee and it disappeared on its own.

For a quick ceramic coat that'll last you a year, the Gyeon can coat is awesome. It'll work on anything from paint to plastic. I applied it almost a year ago after purchasing my Braptor and it was still going strong. But I had the time so I went ahead and recoated the car. I use it on the fenders and it's been, by far, the best coating Iv'e found for a streak-free finish. This time around I used it on all the plastic and it gave it a nice, dark, appearance bordering between matte and semi-gloss. It even works on the bumpers and my bull bar, headlights, etc...it'll work on the trim, side glass and rims. One can will get you three coatings, so technically it'll last you three years. Super easy to apply and buff out. And again, it'll last a year. I don't have a real idea of how often I washed mine but I'm guessing about once every other month depending on the weather and usage.

And yes, I took the small Ford blue oval decal off. Didn't like the look of it.

Thanks for the information.
I have sent Ford Bronco RAPTOR Bead Lock Trim Rings // Exchange Program
an Email and will see if my rings qualify for the exchange. If not I asked for a quote to Powder coat them Aera-51
Received my beadlock trim rings back from a local powdercoater, all the scratches were filled in quite nicely.

Looks clean, man!

That looks great! 👌

Those came out great and I agree! Where did you get them?
Sent all the panels to my upholstery guy to have them done. Told him to match my Porsche deviated stitching style.

had my upholster make it. notice my upper and lower dash, also had the same thing done and my doors as well. next up sun visors. I'm basically copying the deviated stitching layout in my GT3 and removing as much plastic look as possible.
Is this Exclusive Option? I send all my interior parts for leather and stitching as well.

Exclusive has done a lot of work for me on my Porsche, and I did talk to them about doing the work for the Bronco Raptor, however did not use them due to complexity and cost of doing something non porsche. Instead I used these guys and I have zero complaints. Quality of the work is top notch:

Call and ask for Rodger. Tell him Tye with the Bronco Raptor he did work on sent you.

You being a porsche guy as well will appreciate this piece I has done as well
