First mod for the Bronco Raptor?

It should be pretty well kitted up from the factory, but I would consider doing a lightbar/LED foglights and window tint.

I changed my mind, the first modification I'm going to do to my Bronco Raptor is to paint the skid plate to match the bumper! I'm not a fan of the silver.

That's a good idea. What about the tow hooks?

Photos of other color Raptors have black skid plates…… I wonder if this is just preproduction differences or if we get to choose skid plate color? I guess we’ll find out when Build and Price goes live in March….. unless someone has insight from Ford?

At this point, I'm thinking the silver skid plate only comes on the Code Orange Broncos.

My first mod will be something more along the lines of a winch and/or roof rack.

Bestop has a Bimini Sun Shade for the Bronco, but it looks like it only works with their soft top? I would order this if I could leave it on and use it with the factory Bronco soft top.

That’s the one we have, it’s on the Ford Accessories website too, so you can buy it with points at the parts counter, if you like.

Also, it works with soft and hard tops, and you just leave it in permanently.

Cuts down on the sun significantly while still allowing the breeze through.

Good to know! I have a bunch of points I need to use so this will be the perfect accessory to get. Especially since I can use it now and move it over to the Bronco Raptor when that comes in.

Next, smooth, polish, and chrome powder coat diff cover as I did with my F350.

The silver doesn’t bother me.

My first mods will to powder coat the bead locks on the forged wheels code orange (I’m going with white paint) and some code orange tow hooks. White trimmed in code orange.
